Prof Jinglei Yang received Distinguished Young Investigator of China Frontiers of Engineering by Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE)

Prof. Jinglei Yang, Associate Professor of MAE Department, received the "Distinguished Young Investigator of China Frontiers of Engineering" by the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) in the 2019 China-America Frontiers of Engineering (CAFOE) symposium, June 20-22, 2019,  San Diego, California, USA. 

Jointly organised by CAE and the National Academy of Engineering (NAE), the CAFOE symposium intended to facilitate international and cross-disciplinary research collaboration, promote the transfer of new techniques and approaches across disparate engineering fields, and encourage the creation of a transpacific network of world-class engineers.  Sixty of the most promising engineers from China and the United States joined this symposium on developments at the cutting edge of engineering technology in four areas: Frontiers of Neuroengineering for Restoring Human Sensory and Motor Functions, Smart Cities, 5G Wireless Communication Technology, and New Materials.
